He is the director of telehealth services at Renown Health, a not-for-profit integrated health system serving northern Nevada, Lake Tahoe and northeast California. Leveraging his prior experience in data analytics and project management, he has been able to culminate his education and experience by developing population health management and digital health. While focusing on accountable care operations, he was able to achieve quality and utilization management improvements across the program. His passion and expertise in digital health has helped expand access to timely care for the communities he serves across both rural and urban communities. Fong has been an instructor of telemedicine education classes and an advocate for telehealth as an active speaker. Additionally, he serves as an advisor to multiple healthcare technology and medical device companies. Fong believes telemedicine is a solution to ultimately fulfill his mission: to provide all patients timely access to quality care when they need it.

Caroline Treichler has practiced as a California board certified registered nurse since 2004. She received her bachelor’s degree in physiological science with a minor in applied developmental psychology at the University of California, Los Angeles. Post undergraduate studies, she worked in student health at UCLA. She then pursued her nursing education at the University of California, San Francisco, School of Nursing. Treichler has provided direct patient care for almost 20 years to the most acute neonatal population, while continuing to gain certifications in the health field including Neonatal Intensive Care (RNC-NIC), International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC), and placements of Peripherally Inserted Central Catheters. Since 2017, she has been a nurse coordinator at a Level III academic Neonatal Intensive Care Unit and works closely with physicians, nurses, transport teams, respiratory therapists, social workers, psychologists, occupational therapists, and physical therapists to coordinate the care of the most critical infants. Though she has a passion for infants in an inpatient setting, she also finds preventative care and wellness of utmost importance and strives for a healthy, well-balanced life with her husband and two children. In her spare time, she enjoys hiking, mountain biking, snowboarding, and spending time outdoors with her family.
